I believe massage is essential. I love massage because it truly is a virtuous circle: you have to be relaxed to offer massage and in turn, the client is relaxed by the treatment. The balance that massage brings to my life is indescribable. I feel privileged that I am able to offer this healing artform to others to help them move with more ease in their lives.
